We had an amazing and wonderful time. Everyone working at MoaAlm is not only friendly and focused on making sure that you have an incredible holiday but they love what they do as well. If you are thinking about going here for holiday we could not tell you not too. The food is great, the hot tub relaxing, the views are stunning, the location is private, and your body will thank you for all the moving and sports you are going to do. Also you cannot go wrong getting a Cocktail made from Ryan or someone at the bar after hiking with Petra. Book your holiday here because we plan on doing it again.
Perfect for all in search of tranquillity and quiet, MoaAlm mountain retreat is highly recommended for its fabulous views, comfortable rooms, cosy common spaces but most importantly for its versatile, highly professional, friendly and fun team. There are plenty of snow activities on offer, and all individual wishes are catered for. Vegan fine dining and relaxing yoga sessions are among the highlights, just as star-gazing from a hot tub in snow fall. Thank you, team!
It was a memorable vacation. The staff was really nice, very helpful and attentive to details. I discovered plant-based meals with fantastic chefs, who were attentive to my intolerances so that I enjoyed all the menus! The activities were well organised allowing us to discover and enjoy the wonderful mountains, alternating with moments of pure relaxation that made this week fantastic. Despite being a novice in yoga practice, I loved having it every morning! I would go back immediately, I warmly thank all the people who helped make this holiday unforgettable.
This was an amazing trip. The centre is run by a really interesting team who have all travelled, thought and learnt a lot in their adventures - they were sensitive to everyone in the group and we really felt like we were special guests at a family home. The rooms are beautiful; the view from the yoga room breath-taking; and the food was sensational - an introduction for me to vegan food and what an introduction. Three course meals in the evening, enormous breakfasts, cake in the afternoon (hard-pressed to say which was my favourite: rhubarb cake or apricot tart?). We did yoga every morning: a real variety which was adapted to our different needs. The walks were awesome with wonderful views and an enthusiastic and dedicated national park guide. Evenings were hot tub, cake, drink, food and chat. We had a 'day off' when we chose to go paragliding - again a first for me. Wonderful. During the trip I saw golden eagles, marmottes, ibexes, and a chamois. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
