Re-balance mind, body and soul in one of our daily yoga classes. At MoaAlm Retreat, we offer a variety of Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative Yin classes each morning to improve our health and unwind in the peaceful surrounding. Tailored to suit individual abilities, we encourage and welcome any level to join us on the mat, complimenting your week of fun and challenging activities with some well-deserved downtime in the yoga studio. This is all combined with healthy vegan and plant based meals.
At MoaAlm we have a beautiful, cosy yoga studio with a panoramic view of the mountains. This room invites you to relax, to breathe and enjoy life. Our studio is well-equipped with mats and props to support you in your poses. Whenever the weather allows, we like to go outside to practice yoga.
During most of our holiday weeks we offer yoga sessions on 5 mornings. In the Winter we often offer an inversion class in the afternoons. Sometimes, if it suits the group, we may also offer extra afternoon restorative classes.
We also offer special yoga retreats such as our Yoga & Meditation week in summer.
Yoga is the union between mind, body and soul. Yoga helps you to improve your flexibility and strength, to release chronic stress in the mind and the body, to tune into your body’s needs and to treat yourself with kindness and acceptance. Yoga is for everyone - it doesn't matter how old, fit or flexible you are! Our yoga classes are always tailored to individual needs so that everyone can participate at his/her own level and pace.
We can also offer the option of booking MoaAlm for your own retreat. With us providing the local knowledge of the area, guided activities and a gorgeous remote setting, MoaAlm is the perfect location to host a retreat.
